Assistant Manager Engineering

• Support Head of Engineering and production team on achieving daily production results.
• Responsible for assiting in preparation of annual preventive maintenance schedule for the maintenance of electrical, mechanical and utility equipments.
• Responsible to arrange spares and attend queries, proactively, related to mechanical maintenance.
• Responsible for technical co-ordination with the purchase department before and after receiving of spares.
• Recieves work orders from departments and allocates jobs to subordinates as per need.
• Co-ordinate with all departments related to production, including Supply chain and HR to prevent any maintenance issues.

Technical Manager

• Design new systems and improving the process of existing ones into manufacturing operations.
• Supervised team to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to carry-out their responsibilities as the required standards.
• Review needs and makes recommendations for equipment and asset purchases.
• Researched and analyze existing systems & processes to improve cost via efficiencies and automation.
• Follow standard operating procedures as per GMP requirements.
• Work on projects like Autoclave (Zafa Pharma), Dry Heat Sterilizer (Swiss Pharmaceuticals), Tonello Washing (Siddiqsons) and Blister Banding Machine (Pfizer Pakistan)

Senior Executive Electronics

• Troubleshoot and maintaining all PLC automated systems of solid and liquid dosage process.
• Working knowledge with various types of communication protocols, HMIs, Control Wiring, Debugging PLC programs and HMI displays.
• Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults and supervise time-critical repairs.
• Ensure all equipments and maintenance process flows are in line with health & safety regulations.
• Worked on Cartoning Machine (ZHJ-150, HZJ-150 and CSC-50A), Labeller Machine (Axus AL500) and Power Filling & Capping Machine (ETORCH JKFZ-2).

Assistant Manager Electronics

• Responsible for maintenance of PLC based machines (Delta, Mitsubishi, Fatek and Siemens), VFD, Encoder (Incremental & Absolute), HMI and Servo Drives.
• Troubleshooting utility electrical side such as Chillers, RODI & WFI plant, Compressor, Air Handling Units and Building Management System.
• Overview the daily operations of electronic section based on best practice in Pharmaceutical industry.
• Ensure that the machinery and equipment runs smoothly.
• Arrange the external services (if required) for maintenance.
• Day to day maintenance planning and assigning jobs to technical staff.

Control & Automation Engineer

• Responsible for initializing, planning, coordinating, execution, monitoring, closing of automation projects and also ensuring project is kept up to date.
• Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction when dealing with customers on calls and during visits.
• Coordination with service lab to get the updates for the faulty units and assured that the repaired unit are re-installed at site within specific time.
• Ability to understand electrical drawings and control-panel wiring.
• Resposible for projects like Comber Machine (Gul Ahmed Textile), Pollard Hydraulic Cutting Machine (Al-Yaqeen Arts), Towel Shearing (AT Shearing), Sheet Lamination Machine (Multi-Packages) and Gerber Spreader (For Abbas Apparel).
